About Founder
GoalSeek Consulting is built on lived experience.
My journey began on the tools, running Echo Plumbing, Drainage, and Gas Fitting, servicing residential, industrial, and commercial clients, including NSW Ambulance Services, Pacific Lakes Estate, Henry Kenndall Group, Kleenaway Gas, and several builders. At the same time, I worked weekends in security, which led to the co-founding of Evolution Security alongside a group of mates.
That business grew rapidly, supporting major venues and events including Wyong Leagues Club Group, Doyalson Wyee RSL, Terrigal Hotel, and large-scale festivals such as Ground Sounds and Mountain Sounds.
In 2008, we pivoted into the disability sector, working with Age Disability Home Care and the Department of Community Services. In 2013, following the dissolution of those partnerships, I established Evolution Support Services to support participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
To manage the sector's complexity and high compliance requirements, my team and I developed an internal enterprise-wide resource planning (ERP) system, Enable CRM. The platform integrated coordinated rostering, reporting, work health and safety, behaviour support, and structured policies and procedures — enabling consistent, compliant service delivery at scale.
That same year, I founded Solutions Management Services and Solutions Management Projects — delivering fourth-party logistics and facilities management solutions across waste, cleaning, fire, and maintenance for national brands including Amart Furniture, BBQs Galore, Koala Bedding, and Sleepy’s.
The model scaled to service over 200 sites nationally, coordinating hundreds of contractors while maintaining a single point of accountability.
To support this growth, my internal development team developed a customised ERP platform called SMSONE System, designed to streamline National operations, centralise data, and enable the business to scale efficiently across an unlimited number of customers.
The Turning Point
In 2024, Evolution Support Services (ESS) faced significant challenges, including negative media attention and regulatory pressure. Despite working closely with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, the business was ultimately unable to renew its insurance and was placed into voluntary liquidation.
At its peak, the organisation was supporting the most complex behavioural-needs Participants in the state, with a workforce of over 350 employees.
The service was recognised at a government level, with Bill Shorten, Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, acknowledging Evolution Support Services as a critical provider for participants whose needs could not be safely supported by other organisations.
While it was one of the most difficult periods of my career, we successfully implemented a full transition plan in coordination with the NDIS Commission and NDIA, ensuring continuity of care for all Participants.
That experience changed everything.
It provided a level of insight into risk, governance, operations, and leadership that no textbook can teach.
Why GoalSeek Exists
In 2025, I established Logicore Consulting to help large organisations uncover hidden costs, eliminate service creep, and optimise operations using management accounting principles developed over more than a decade in real-world environments with SMS and SMP.
GoalSeek Consulting is the evolution of that journey.
It combines:

- Academic foundations from an MBA (Entrepreneurship) and ongoing Bachelor of Accounting studies
